Purchasing a product with our Lifetime Warranty / Order Insurance provides added assurance. Should your item fail to perform as expected while it’s still in production, and you’ve purchased this coverage, we’ll replace the product (item cost only; shipping fees excluded).

This warranty becomes void if the product is misused, experiences normal wear and tear, or is discontinued.

“Lifetime” applies only while the product remains in active production.

How to File a Claim

Capture a clear photo or short video illustrating the issue.

Go to our Contact Form and select Lifetime Warranty as the request category.

Attach the photo or video when submitting your request.
